If your circle uses sectors or zones to help manage coverage of your circle, you can define them in the platform by doing the following:
From the Circles homepage, click the circle name. The Circles page is displayed.
Select the Circle Info tab.
From the bottom set of tabs, select the Sectors tab.

. Do any or all of the following in the Add Sector dialog box:
Sector Name – Give your Sector a name.
Sector Description - Enter a description of the sector's location and habitat. This will be shown on the Circle Finder page for your circle. To see sector description templates, click here.
Sector Leaders – Enter their email address. Add more than one sector leader by clicking Add another sector leader.
Notes - Enter information that leaders and planners could benefit from knowing about the sector.
NOTE: Each sector leader receives an email confirming their assignment and with instructions to set up their account.

Select Edit Sector from the More menu
. The Edit Sector dialog box is displayed. 
Make any necessary edits and click Save Changes.
