To draw your sector, do the following:
Either select Add Sector from the Sectors tab or select Edit from the More menu.
From the dialog box, click Draw Sector. The Draw Your Sector dialog box is displayed.

Cut a shape from the circle to define your sector. This method is best for creating clean boundaries between sectors to avoid retracing sinuous lines such as along rivers or roads. You will draw a line that bisects the circle which acts like a cookie cutter. After you’ve bisected the circle, select one of the pieces then select “Done”.
