Viewing Individual Data Submissions

Roles: Compiler, Community Engagement Leader, Regional Editor

The “Submissions” tab can be found by navigating to the “Count Data” screen. Click on the “Submissions” tab on the bottom half of the screen. The table will show the sector of the submission (if sectors are defined), the submission ID, the submitter’s name, their email, method of submission, the modified data and time, the number of species reported, and if the submission has been reviewed by the compiler or community engagement leader.

From the “Submissions” tab you can view details of each individual submission by clicking on the “Submission ID”. A screen will display on the right side of your screen with the submission details of the effort time and distance by mode of travel, the number of observers, and the checklist of bird species with numbers of each. If any notes were submitted with an eBird or NatureCounts checklist, that will be included. Any photos or audio submitted to eBird or NatureCounts do not get imported.
