Once logged in to the system, you can update your primary email, contact email address, and other contact information through your profile page.
Please check your contact information in your online profile before each CBC season. To update your contact information, click your name in the lower-left corner of the screen. Your dashboard will display your profile information details.
To update any of your personal information, click on the “Edit Profile Info” button in the upper right of the screen. A new screen will display, containing your contact information in an editable form. You can make changes to any of your contact information on this screen with the exception of your primary email address. You can use the Contact Email as your preferred way for us to contact you if you use a different email than the one you are using to log in.
To change your primary email, start from the main profile screen and then click the down arrow to the right of “Edit Profile Info” and select Change Email from the dropdown list. A dialog box is displayed. Follow the instructions displayed in the dialog box. After completing these steps, you will receive a confirmation link to your new email address. Once you confirm your new email address with that link, your email will be updated in the CBC data platform. The link to confirm your new email is valid for only one hour. Your new email then becomes your login for the CBC platform.
