Only checklists from official CBC volunteers count.
Checklists from people outside the official count team, even if within your count circle, cannot be included because their effort (time and distance) was not coordinated or recorded as part of the CBC.
If someone outside your team reported a species during count week within your circle that was not detected on count day, note it as "CW" (count week) but do not count it toward the official total.
